Our specialists strive to provide you with caring and comprehensive medical evaluations and the most advanced treatment options available to resolve your health issues.

While our goal is to see patients at their scheduled appointment time, our doctors are surgeons and can occasionally be called into emergency surgery or to see a patient with a medical emergency. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to notify you prior to your appointment; however, that is not always possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

To make your go as smoothly as possible, please review the list below and collect the following information to bring to your visit:

  • Driver’s license or another form of picture ID
  • Health Insurance Card/Information
  • A copy of any referral form you may have received from your referring practitioner.

The practice of ENT and allergy may often requires specialized testing and equipment to thoroughly examine and properly diagnose a patient’s complaint.  Medical techniques vary depending on the individual needs of the patient and the nature of the complaint.

Therefore your appointment may include allergy testing, lung function testing,  nasal-sinus endoscopy and/or laryngoscopy.  You may also need certain blood tests from the laboratory.

(Both Quest and Labcorp have a location in our office building.)
